* How do I move out or end my lease?
Rentals are month-to-month. Simply clean out the unit, remove the lock, and give us a call. We will check the unit and terminate your rental. (Note: We do not refund any remaining days left in the month you move out.)
* How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
30 days.
* Do I need insurance for my stored items?
We offer insurance, but it is not required.
* Can I set up autopay?
Accounts are set up on recurring billing. You can check anything or change a card on your profile. You may also give us a call, and we can make it for you.
* What happens if I miss a payment?
You will receive a notification. After 5 days, there is a late fee ($10.00). After 10 days, there is a lockout fee ($20.00). After 30 days, the unit is considered abandoned.
* Can I use my own lock, or is one provided?
We provide a free lock, but you may use your own.
* Who can access my storage unit?
Anyone who has your gate code and your key.
* How do I rent a unit?
Rentals are online. We can also rent a unit for you over the phone if needed. (Note: You do not need to meet anyone in person to rent a unit.)
* Can I move in the same day I rent a unit?
Yes. After the online rental is complete, we will give you a call with move-in information. You may move in immediately if needed.
